Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, Jarred Uppendahl has deep roots in the community he serves. With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, he began his career as an onsite property manager during college, overseeing multi-site apartment complexes for the Hignell Companies in Chico, CA. He then managed a substantial portfolio of high-rise apartment buildings in Portland, Oregon.

For the past decade, Jarred has collaborated with Mike Phillips to build a successful property management company at Realty World Lake Tahoe, which has now transitioned to Blue Haven Property Management. Under his leadership, the company proudly manages over 200 doors, reflecting a strong commitment to providing quality housing in South Lake Tahoe. Jarred’s passion for his hometown and extensive industry knowledge drive BlueHaven’s mission to enhance the living experience for residents in the area.
